SHIPPING & ORDER POLICIES
U.S. SHIPPING ONLY
Tea Cake Empire ships throughout the United States using USPS Ground Advantage.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are freshly prepared and will ship within 5 business days after payment has been received and the order is confirmed. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent via email.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. Tea Cake Empire is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
USPS DELAYS
Once your package has been accepted by USPS. delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. USPS delays are outside of Tea Cake Empire's control.
WARM WEATHERE SHIPPING
Southern Tea Cakes may be exposed to heat during transit. Tea Cake Empire carefully packages every order before shipment, but we cannot control temperatures or conditions once the package is in transit.
Local pickup is available at the KINGWOOD FARMERS MARKET ONLY after your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed.
Pickup instructions, including the available pickup date and time, will be provided after your order is confirmed.
Please arrive during your scheduled pickup window. Orders must be picked up by the customer or an authorized representative.
Pickup location and instructions will be provided with your order confirmation.
Please select Local Houston Pickup when placing an eligible order. Pickup orders are not shipped.
If you are unable to pick up your order during your scheduled time, please contact Tea Cake Empire as soon as possible to arrange another available pickup time.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because our tea cakes are made specifically for each order, cancellation requests should be made within 2 hours after placing an order.
